• Responsible for making improvements and redesigning a Rapid Application Development tool.

• Created a design system/library for the entire design team in Axure, so they can reuse all the widgets as per the design system of the company.

• Lead User Experience Designer for Enterprise Security Score. A product which reveals the security score for companies.

• Conducted multiple usability studies for FICO products and implemented the findings in the final design.

• Reduced the ticket resolution time for fraud agents by redesigning a data visualization feature to resolve fraudulent/duplicate identities.
